This text entered into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette (originally published on 23 October 2010), and it shall apply starting 1 January 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on ambient air quality, prescribes the conditions for performing certain types of professional work, in terms of equipment, devices, instruments and appropriate business premises which have to be fulfilled by entities engaged in the performance of professional monitoring over the quality of ambient air. For equipment, devices and instruments used for measuring and sampling of ambient air quality (air quality monitoring) specific standards are given in the Annex of this publication. If a legal entity or subject possess types of devices, equipment and instruments for measurement and sampling that are not listed in the Annex, they should have proof of demonstration of equivalence of obtained data with the data obtained when using the approved devices.
