This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedures for obtaining the right to use the ecological sign also called eco-label, including its contents, appearance and manner for its use and application to products, processes and services that shall appear as eco-labeled.
