This Regulation entered into force on 13 May 2011.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Minister of National Defence, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes that the National Sanitary Inspection cooperates with the Veterinary Inspection, the Military Sanitary Inspection and the Military Veterinary Inspection in controlling safety of food and nutrition. These organs may organize common controls, support each other when controlling or laboratory testing and organize common trainings on safety of food and nutrition.
