This Regulation enters into force on 1 February 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down deadlines of the application for entry of a plant variety into the national register, pursuant to art. 11 of the Seed Act. The deadlines are specified for: (1) agricultural plants: rape or hairy vetch, barley or oats, sprin cereas, forage or potato and other; (2) vegetable plants: onion, garlic or lettuce, grown under protection, grown in soil; (3) fruit plants.
