This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation provides for information and establishes all necessary official deadlines and related requirements and standards for submitting applications for the issuance of environmental permits for plants and facilities for which the previous/first permits were issued before the entry into force of the latest Law on Environmental Protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 33/2003).
