Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: (1) necessary scope of information covered by the obligation of collecting and processing; (2) details on the database on equipment and spent equipment; (3) the form of report on the functioning of the management system of spent equipment. In particular, such database should include information on weight and type of wastes generated from processing of equipment and intended for recycling or another way of recovery and disposal. Annex 1 specifies the scope of information on equipment and spent equipment. Annex 2 contains forms of tables including information on the management system of spent equipment.
