Abstract This Regulation specifies necessary methods and related deadlines for submitting data in the sugar sector, as well as the administrative form regarding market data in the sugar sector. A legal entity that performs the activity of sugar production submits market data in the sugar sector to the Ministry responsible for agricultural affairs in accordance with the deadlines specified in article 2. The collected data regards the quantities of sugar that is produced, distributed in both national and foreign market.
