Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex. The Annex specifies the list of the goods on which the road transport shall report to the provincial commanding officer of the police or to the provincial fire chief. The following information shall be included in the report: identifier and name of the dangerous goods; class and subclass identifier, and package group identifier if exists; quantity of goods and way of transport – in a container, loose or in pieces; planned place and time of transport starting; planned route; name and address of hauler, sender and receiver of goods.
