This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby defines the criteria to be met by fishing vessels for the purpose of carrying out commercial fishing at sea with the in-depth tools, and the necessary procedure for their entry into the ICCAT register of fishing/catching vessels (International Commission for the conservation of Atlantic Tunas, also called ICCAT) as regards the year 2017.
