Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the criteria for managing privately owned forests for which no separate plan or programme exists, and indicates the form and content of the record sheet for private forests for each cadastral plot separately. The criteria for managing privately owned forests for which no special plan is drawn up are the following: - the form of cultivation; - the quality of plantations; - previously performed works, the extent and type of felling; - the type and deadlines for carrying out works for the maintenance and improvement of forests, as well as - persons who can carry out the works.
