Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, establishes the criteria for determining the status of waste that is to be considered as by-products. This text further provides for the form that shall be used for reports on such by-products; and sets the manner and deadlines for related report submission. Article 4 lays down the obligations of holders of such substances/materials in terms of annul reporting and data delivery for Register purposes. This Regulation (in article 2) provides for the list of terms and meaning/definitions of by-products.
