Regulation on cooperation between the State Fishing Guard and the Public Fishing Guard.

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four Paragraphs, establishes that cooperation between the State Fishing Guard and the Public Fishing Guard shall include: control of documents required for fishing; control of quantities and species of fishes and crayfishes catch; control of equipment used for fishing; protection of fishes, crayfishes and equipment left during catching; control of marking of vessels; cooperation during activities; common training and exercises (at least once a year); and exchange of information.
