Abstract This Regulation prescribes the contents of the monitoring plan, procedures, and methodology for monitoring over greenhouse gas emissions from stationary plants-facilities on the territory of Montenegro. Monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions includes all emissions from production or combustion processes and emissions from all emission sources and flow sources related to activities that lead to the emission of gases denominated as greenhouses, and all gases identified in relation to those activities. The following is used to monitor greenhouse gas emissions: methodology based on the calculation (Annex 1); methodology based on measurement (Annex 2); sector-specific methodology (Annex 3).
