This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation, as for the meanings of the Serbian Environmental Protection Law, provides for necessary contents and sets the manner of conducting the national environmental public information system. This text also sets out the related methodology, structure, common bases, categories and levels of relevant data collection, as well as for contents of information about which the public shall be regularly and obligatorily informed. The internet portal of the Environmental Protection Information System is an internet presentation, and it is formed by the set of internet pages, through which reporting subjects, reference centers and users are provided with access and/or possibility of data input and access to information.
