This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines all necessary general and specific conditions of food hygiene aimed for economic entities that operate with food and specific conditions of hygiene to be met by mills (grain processing on electric drive), production of bakery products based on flour, production of non-alcoholic beverages, fruit juices, syrups and bottled waters in terms of space, equipment and professional staff.
