This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes all necessary rules, requirements and additional standards to be observed and concretely implemented, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, in all facilities (in terms of construction, technical planning, equipment, operation, professional staff and hygiene-sanitary practices) performing and/or dealing with the slaughtering of live and stunned animals (slaughterhouses), cold storage and processing facilities, and facilities for processing and storage of products of animal origin intended for human consumption and/or for export.
