Abstract

This Regulation prescribes several technical, procedural and hygiene-sanitary conditions that must be respected by all facilities and premises where activities such as collection and harmless destruction of animal carcasses and animal origin waste are performed. This text also defines the rules as regards the manner for safe and controlled collection, movement and transport of animal carcasses, of confiscations and products of animal origin intended for use. Facilities as for meanings of this Regulation are those premises where carcasses rendering (incinerator), pit tomb and cemetery for animals are present and operating.
