Abstract This Regulation prescribes detailed conditions regarding the premises and equipment for providing public services in the field of plant health, which must be fulfilled by all legal and natural person, in order to receive public authorization from the Phytosanitary Administration. Articles 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are laying down specific conditions to be respected. Article 7 is setting rules regarding public authorization for the destruction of harmful organisms by applying disinfection, disinsection, deratization, decontamination, as well as by applying other treatment procedures.
