This Regulation entered into force on 4 January 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment, which is composed of ten articles and one Annex, lays down conditions of the recognition, acquisition, maintenance and withdrawal of the status of herds free of bovine viral diarrhea. Clinical symptoms of bovine viral diarrhea are listed in the Annex. Art. 3 provides conditions of the recognition of the status of herds free of bovine viral diarrhea.
