The Act enters into force 30 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure is composed of ten paragraphs and one Annex. The stations where liquid wastes are introduced shall have technological solutions assuring proper functioning of devices and sewage treatment plant. The stations allow to: measure the volume of liquid wastes; throw away liquid wastes hermetically; separate solid wastes. Liquid wastes introduced into the station should be dosed according to the sewage treatment plant.
