This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 29 March 2023).
Abstract

This Regulation specifies the detailed conditions, method and provides the form of the request for exercising the right to obtain milk premiums. The right to a milk premium is exercised by a legal entity, an entrepreneur and a natural person - the owner of a family farm, if registered in accordance with the law, which is entitled to a premium for cow's, sheep's and goat's raw milk production. The milk has to meet all necessary conditions in accordance with the special regulation governing the quality of raw milk.
