Abstract This Regulation specifies the detailed conditions, method and provides the form of the request for exercising the right to obtain milk premiums. The right to a milk premium is exercised by a legal entity, an entrepreneur and a natural person - the owner of a family farm, if registered in accordance with the law, which is entitled to a premium for cow's, sheep's and goat's raw milk production. The milk has to meet all necessary conditions in accordance with the special regulation governing the quality of raw milk.
