This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides a list of plant species free to be used on private property and farm, plants that can be used in the reproduction process, the height of the appropriation fee, the information that must be communicated to the holder of breeder's rights and the criteria governing the small farmers and their activities.
