Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles, establishes conditions to be met by the keeper of animals for slaughter outside slaughterhouses for own internal consumption. These provisions do not apply to slaughter of animals intended for sale or donation, neither to slaughter of sick animals or animals suspected of a disease. Before and during slaughter of animals, the keeper is required to prevent unnecessary suffering of animals, environmental pollution and damage to people or animals.
