Abstract This Regulation prescribes the necessary methods and concrete technological issues aimed to define and regulate the conditions for the safe, controlled and sustainable operation of waste incineration plants on the territory of the Brcko District (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) in terms of direct and indirect emissions to air, soil, surface and groundwater and additional risks to human health directly deriving from the incineration and co-incineration of waste.
