This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides: a) conditions to be met by legal or natural person who grows hemp; b) methods for approval of the hemp cultivation; c) form and content of poppy cultivation registration; d) conditions under which veterinary facilities and veterinarians may possess narcotic drugs.
