Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, and it will fully apply on 1 May 2011.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the following issues related to the animal experiments: data collection, training programme regarding the animal welfare principles, administrative rules/authorization issues, practices such as killing of experimental animals, and other relevant provisions.
