Abstract This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions to be met by all legal entities and entrepreneurs who have silos, warehouses and other premises for storage of plants and plant products, as well as legal entities and entrepreneurs engaged in disinfection and disinsection of plants and plant products and deratization of premises for plant storage and plant products in order to prevent the occurrence and control of harmful organisms. Plant warehouses, in addition to the general sanitary and hygienic conditions, must also meet the conditions as listed in article 3. In terms of disinsection capacity and equipment, plant warehouses must meet the conditions laid down in article 4 of this text.
