This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation stipulates the conditions to be met by legal persons (that are placing on the market, also export, import, wholesale and retail) when dealing with medicines/drugs used in veterinary practices/needs, and the conditions intended to be applied for their traffic (in terms of transport/transit, customs, etc).
