Abstract This Regulation prescribes the conditions for issuing, necessary contents and the form of the official certificate of the health status of animals on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina), peculiarly for the purposes of internal trade, including the concrete manner of issuance, record collection, and the calculation of the fees and charges that are collected (funds deriving from costs to be paid by users to the local public administration).
