This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby provides for all necessary conditions and procedures for obtaining the right to use surface water reserves and resources for the purpose of aquaculture activities in ponds and other aquaculture farms owned or managed by natural or legal persons who are registered for carrying out such aquaculture activities, also when in accordance with rules and issues of family farming.
