This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the method of obtaining compensation for the cost of transporting of water by aquifer and/or motor tanker, the method of determining the actual price of water, and the method of payment of compensation to Croatian based water suppliers who supply water to the aquifer and/or motor tanker for human consumption on Croatian islands, for the use and benefit of residents of island settlements or parts of island settlements which are not connected to the public water supply system.
