This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 13 August 2021).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes all conditions and manner aimed for the implementation of measures of the National Programme for encouraging the implementation of breeding programs for warm-blooded horse breeds in the Republic of Croatia for the period from 2021 until 2025. Measures that shall be implemented during the enforcement of this kind of Programme are aimed at improving the efficiency of its direct implementation, and to support the breeding of envisaged horse breeds. This Regulation shall be implemented in accordance with several European Union legislative documents as listed in article 2.
