This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 24 December 2010).
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, prescribes detailed conditions and sets the manner for collection, transport, storage and treatment of waste that is used as secondary raw material or for obtaining energy. Waste treatment processes for waste that shall be used as secondary raw material will have an advantage over the use of waste for energy production related purposes. The collection, transport, storage and treatment of waste that is used as a secondary raw material or for obtaining energy is done in a way that ensures the protection of environment and of human health.
