This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 19 November 2021).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant protection products, prescribes detailed conditions and manner for application of plant protection products, which do not endanger the life and health of humans or animals and environment in general. This text further defines necessary conditions and indicates the manner for handling, storage, transport and disposal of plant protection products. The application of plant protection products is carried out: 1) in accordance with the decision on registration; 2) in accordance with the declaration and instructions for application; 3) in accordance with the principles of good agricultural practice or integrated pest management; 4) in accordance with the purpose of plant protection products and with the aim of control; 5) in a manner that does not endanger the health of humans and animals and in a manner that does not unnecessarily increase their exposure to plant protection products; 6) in a way that does not endanger the environment.
