This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and requirements for the correct implementation of the mandatory taxpayers insurance for the financing and maintenance of various aspects of the compulsory stocks of oil and oil products (also kept for the purpose of the strategic risk management asset), including the concrete physical insurance , and overseeing storage of compulsory stocks of oil and oil products on the territory of the Croatian Republic as prescribed by the Law.
