Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, lays down provisions governing functioning of commercial ponds, and in particular, the way of fishing in commercial ponds, content, form and manner of keeping records and reporting on the fishing register. The functioning of commercial ponds may not worsen the state of conservation of endangered or protected plants and animal species.
