The Regulation establishes the Committee to Combat Dust under the supervision of the Department of Environment. In order to determine main internal and external resources of dust and to predict and timely notify this phenomenon, Department of Environment and Meteorological Organization should equip all weather monitoring stations to the quality monitoring system and the early warning system.
