Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on animal by-products (Republika Srpska), prescribes technical, procedural and hygiene-sanitary conditions that are required to be met by all entities engaged in business dealing with by-products of animal origin, including related collection, transport and labelling of such animal by-products and their deriving substances or products (further in accordance with categories of by-product materials). Business entities are obliged to collect, transport and label by-products of animal origin and their products in accordance with proper category of such by-products, with regard to conditions where occurrence of risks to public and animal health are prevented.
