Abstract

This Regulation establishes the modalities of collection of medicinal plants, including herbs, boughs, planting material, seeds, mushrooms and non-timber forest products. It specifies that collection shall be authorized exclusively in places of rich and abundant vegetation. Planting material shall be well-grown. Collection and harvesting in the same place shall be authorized within established time periods. Eradication of plants shall be prohibited. Collection and harvesting of roots at very steep (35-45 grades) slopes shall be prohibited.
