This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the general quality requirements for raw/toasted coffee, all coffee products, surrogates and coffee surrogate deriving products that are placed on the market, here closely determining the: necessary declaration of such products; categorization and official names; necessary organoleptic properties and composition; type and quantity of raw materials and other materials used in the production and processing; technological processes applied in production/processing; additional and specific declarations and labelling; and inspection matters (see article 26).
