This Regulation enters into force on the day of the Montenegrin accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the necessary rules and criteria as regards the testing and verification over the sustainability of biofuels (and other similar bioliquids or bioreacts aimed at reducing the greenhouse gas emissions) and their required energy share in total national final energy consumption, including the agriculture sector and its consumption of the same.
