Abstract This Regulation lays down rules for the recruitment, training, qualification exams, appointment of climate change assistant experts, and the duties, powers, rights and responsibilities, and working procedures and principles of climate change experts. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to climate change experts and assistant experts to be employed in the Climate Change Presidency. The assistant experts are obliged to select a thesis topic on issues related to the field of duty of the Presidency and prepare a thesis project on this subject in accordance with the form determined by the Presidency, at the end of the second year at the latest, including the period of candidacy.
