The present Regulation enters into force on 1 August 2006.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Law of 25 September 2005 on population protection in the Canton Uri (Population Protection Law). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law and regulates the organization, responsibilities, powers and measures to deal with extraordinary situations. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Organization (2); Tasks (3); Civil protection organization’s operation (4); Vocational training (5); Material for civil protection (6); Protective structures (7); Compensation payments (8); Costs and compensation (9); Final provisions (10).
