Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down provisions governing check on the spot for control of support for restructuring of vineyard area, control of the support for green harvest, control of the support for grubbing up vines, controls on the special premium for bulls and steers, control of the fulfillment of requirements for the identification and registration of bovine animals, control of the fulfillment of requirements for the identification and registration of sheep and goats, control of milk quotas, and control of the school fruit scheme. This Regulation is composed of 19 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Detailed conditions of checks on the spot (Sec. 2); Terms and criteria for the selection of contractors (Sec. 3); Detailed requirements for checks on the spot (Sec. 4); Fees (Sec. 5); Final provision (Sec. 6).
