Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles, establishes certain hygiene and structural requirements for establishments involving food of animal origin for their traditional production methods. In particular, this Regulation provides requirements for slaughterhouses (art. 3), storage of meat (art. 4), equipment for cleaning and disinfection of means of transport of animals (art. 5), rooms for meat processing (art. 6), and official control of the establishments (art. 7).
