Abstract

The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Food Agency, lays down rules on documentation requirements for exports of fish and fishery products covered by Decree (SFS 2011:1494) on certain species of fish from the Baltic region. Exports of wild-caught fish and fish products thereof shall be accompanied by documentation showing that the fish or fish products meet the maximum levels of certain contaminants in foodstuffs as listed in point 5.3 of the Annex of Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006. The Annex contains a list of exempted products.
