Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food (Republic of Srpska), determines the categorization, qualification and additional labelling requirements for cereal products which are placed on the market of Republika Srpska. According to the purpose, composition, characteristics and type of technological process, cereal products are classified and shall be labeled and marketed under the following possible names: 1) hulled cereals; 2) finished cereal products; 3) mill products. This text further sets specific rules and indications in terms of necessary food quality and composition for all categories of related cereal products.
