The present Regulation enters into force on 1 August 2003.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Agriculture Law of 25 September 1994. The alpine cheese award aims to promote the quality of cheese. In addition, this award shall serve as a platform for further vocational training of alpine personnel. Article 4 establishes that all cheese dairies in possession of a federal authorization are admitted to the award. The origin of the cheese must be made clear. The text consists of 10 articles.
