Abstract The present Regulation implements the Agriculture Law of 25 September 1994. The alpine cheese award aims to promote the quality of cheese. In addition, this award shall serve as a platform for further vocational training of alpine personnel. Article 4 establishes that all cheese dairies in possession of a federal authorization are admitted to the award. The origin of the cheese must be made clear. The text consists of 10 articles.
