Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on state survey and real estate cadastre, prescribes the manner of data collection and processing and the procedures carried out within the cadastral survey. Within the cadastral survey, all necessary data are collected and processed for the purpose of: establishment of cadastral parcels; registration of buildings; recording special legal regimes on land; recording land use; development of the real estate cadastre. Cadastral survey within the prescribed competence is carried out by the State Geodetic Administration. Cadastral survey activities include: collection and processing of real estate data; preparation of cadastral survey studies; presentation of real estate data from the cadastral survey study; review and confirmation of cadastral survey studies.
