Entry into force notes
This text enters into force on the day of its adoption, and it will be applied one year after the date of its entry into force.
Abstract

This Regulation, in order to prevent and reduce veterinary health risks, prescribes the necessary conditions for use, disposal and treatment of materials of animal origin, conditions for business entities, transport, placing on the market, import, transit, export and approval of by-products of animal origin and their deriving products that are not intended for human nutrition.
